“The most exciting or amusing event in my career while participating in the USSSA program would have to be our trips to the National Championships every September. Our team is a lot of fun and is more like a family than individuals showing up to play a common sport. This annual event is so exciting because the feel of playing for a title after we have spent the whole summer working hard on improving our defensive and offensive play is like being a kid all over again and stepping on "a field of dreams". USSSA always puts on a great tournament where there is a lot to be proud of knowing we are one of the top teams competing for a title. This event is one I will never forget and one that I cannot wait to get back to at the end of every season.”

“I have the utmost respect for the USSSA organization and all it does for its players. If I were to be chosen as a recipient to enter into the New England Hall of Fame, I would consider it to be one of the highest compliments I could receive as a softball player. I have grown up admiring and respecting many players, coaches, managers, directors and officials who have received this prestigious honor. It would be my greatest pleasure to join this elite group.” -Robin
