Randy Noe

Male Player  - Presented by Brian Cipolla

Randy, has played at multiple levels and on multiple teams over his 22+ year career. What can be said about Randy? He’s a Winner! The list of teams Randy played on were synonymous with winning in the 80’s, 90’s and the early 2000’s. He played with the following teams: Under Cover Wear, National Gold, Air Transit, Sonny’s Car Wash, Liquid Blue, Demolition, Mickey Club, Pollock Law, Lakes Region Greyhound Park and Universal Screening Studio. It has been said of Randy that he could hit the ball hard to all fields and if necessary he could hit a Home Run if it was needed at the time. His lifetime average was over an estimated .700, but few people could remember owning Randy at the bat. Some people excel at hitting, defense or pitching. Randy would have been chosen as a Gold Glove Pitcher and the best way to describe his pitching was very “crafty”. I once watched Randy on the mound in Hopkinton, MA pull out a cell phone. He called his left fielder and moved him over toward the foul line and wouldn’t you know it, Randy pitched the batter inside and he hit a ball down the line and deep and the fielder was well positioned and made the catch. He always had a pocket of sunflower seeds and would grab a handful before each batter.

He said “the Undercover Wear team went 7-0, including double-dipping the Post/Showtime Floor team from Sacramento, CA. Each and every game were hard fought battles. Steve Crampton had assembled some of the best players from New England for this team. It was a great feeling flying home from California bringing back a championship to Boston.
