Mike has been sponsoring USSSA softball teams for the last 15 years. Since 1985, Mike and his wife Fay have sponsored M&N Sports Men’s tournament team. 

In 1988 they added M&N Sports Co-ed tournament team. They also sponsored 4-5 league teams each year from 1985 until 2006.
M&N sponsored teams have done well in USSSA tournament play. In 2000, they finished second in the D Mixed Worlds held in Joplin, Missouri. In 1996 or 1997, they finished in the top 5 of D Mixed Worlds held in South Carolina. 

Mike has seen the game of softball grow in New Hampshire over the past 10 years. In addition to sponsoring teams, Mike has also provided and donated balls, shirts and trophies in multiple tournaments run by USSSA such as the NH Make-a-Wish Tournaments. 
 
Some of the greatest times Mike has experienced have been spending time with his wife and teams at various softball tournaments. The friendships they made out of town over the past 20 years have been memorable, especially since his wife passed away due to cancer. Often, she would ask Mike to join her in going to watch one of their locally sponsored teams play in their league games. They shared great times together which are now fond memories of their time in softball.
