Some comments from Karen regarding participating in USSSA tournaments:

- Greatest time of my life: All 26 yrs! There are so many stories…In 1994 we went to California for Nationals...the trip started off with a plane delay “hit a flock of Geese” @ Providence Airport. Once we got to the field everyone was quacking....ended up winning sportsmanship award!

- Another great moment was at Nationals Tournament in VA, where we were taken in by the future National Champs “Empress Chili” like little sisters.

- In 1983 Regionals in NH: Taking over the concession stand after every game; playing the same songs-same dances-standing in the same spots! Then watching my best friend HOF Karen “Maddog” Berube hit a grand slam and greeting her @ the plate”

- I love this game...So many friends that I have met...So many laughs…Umps that we have dealt with - U-R the Greatest! The fans understand the game... I love you all! We-R-Family!
