C-Carr’s greatest thrill in the USSSA program was winning the Mixed World Tournament while playing with Yeti Softball. It was very rewarding winning as a team and being named Co-MVP with his wife. It is a feeling he will never forget. It was a total team effort, and they were sparked by so many great performances from his teammates.

C-Carr’s most exciting event was winning the Conference B Championships in 2012 at the Fortune Road Complex in Kissimmee, FL. The Magic/S&S/Easton team was his favorite of all time. The players came from 10 different states but they were a family. Everyone pulled for each other every inning of every game. The players coming off the bench were very skilled and just as valuable as the starting eleven.

“Softball and USSSA have created an avenue for thousands of people to form relationships that go way beyond softball. I was umpiring in a women’s tournament when I met my wife. My best friends in life are guys I met while playing the game I love. I can’t imagine what my life would be like without USSSA Softball. I owe so much to the game for helping to shape my life to where it is today. My wife and I have a beautiful family which I am so very proud of. The Mothers Day Madness softball tournament in Taunton, MA is where it all started.”
