Every National Tournament is a special event for her knowing that she is fortunate to compete in a game that she loves to play, every year. The feeling of nervousness and excitement in competing at this level returns time and time again and shows what this sport and this association does for her.

Cathie also states:
“That I feel blessed and honored to be a member of a wonderful family in Fair Warning. I look forward to the beginning of every season knowing what fabulous teammates and knowledgeable coaches I have”

“I can’t remember a time when softball was not a part of my life. I've played softball in other organizations and I've found that USSSA has the most knowledge-able and friendliest umpires around. ” -Cathie
